Yeah that's a crock of shit. Genghis Khan was just as horrible as any other imperialist out there. The difference in scale reflects a difference in means not a difference in nature. WWII was the deadliest war in history not because whites did it but because there were more effective ways of killing one another at that time. European colonialism was the most expensive because they had the most means of doing it and the industry to back it up.
If you want to talk about differences in nature, you'd have to take into account the fact that whites are currently flooding all of their countries with people from the third world which, if they were as sadistic as you imply, they would reject, maim and kill on the sole account of their differences. The mere existence of the video posted in the OP is the sign of an expectation built into non whites that whites will systematically listen to them and engage with them, which runs contrary to a supposition of systematic white malevolence.
