Don't just carry it, anon. Think up a couple of clever places to conceal it around your workplace, like behind a row of uninteresting books on a shelf or even inside a book with the innards taken out. Designate a locked drawer and keep the key on you always. That kind of thing. And take up shooting practice on weekends if you are not very skilled. Get super comfortable with your weapon.
