The jobs that I applied for, had this requirement. And even said that it was required because sometimes they contract for the government.
And funny enough, my girlfriend works for the air force, and do you know how they pick companies to get work from for small jobs? (Like printing, computer repair, etc.)
They will ONLY use companies that are women owned, handicapped owned, minority owned, or veteran owned. If you're a fucking white male, they will not even consider you to do anything for them. Firstly, the vast majority of employers aren't even open on Christmas because 95% of society gets the day off.
Secondly, you can easily claim that since being hired you met a girl or questioned your beliefs and have become a Christian.
Employers are helpless when it comes to religious matters thanks to the SJW movement and Jewish bitching. Minorities and religious minorities are unfairly prized by employers in accordance with diversity quotas.
