When can we safely consider someone to be White /pol/? Should we follow the Nuremberg Laws, or the American"One Drop Rule" ?

There is no such thing as "White". Europeans come in several different ethnic groups, which can be ascertained via DNA testing. If you feel like being old-school, then the groups can be differentiated by their physiology.
