If its the highest since 2015, and the current year is half way through 2016, then anything before the referendum but "since 2015", would have to be lower than it is now, wouldn't it?

A lower GBP is good for the brittish economy.

There are quite a lot of countries trying to devalue their currency to drive their economy at the moment.

FTSE100 is made up of multinational companies who benefit from a lower pound. It is not representative of the general health of the British economy.
>>
>>79395470
The FTSE is the UK stock market index, most of the industrials would probably benefit from a lower pound but the reality is the Jews are finding it easier to debase the pound than the stock market, they probably had already lost a lot of leverage in the FTSE.
>>
>>79395313
its good for foreign investment. its probably the main reason why the ftse is up. carney was trying as best he could to get the value of the pound down, which is why hes promised stimulus.

Nobody is gonna be buying up pound. Right now they're just taking advantage of the market as much as they can until the EU boots them from the free market. Then the economy really goes into death spiral mode.

On the brightside, your economy's death is gonna make a lot of people very rich.

Its good for me, I've already negotiated some deals for my company to buy some of our normal parts over the next couple months from UK suppliers. Our contracts are relatively short term due to market volatility and obviously they don't want to lock in when the rebound is likely coming but for now its just sweet cream.

[spoiler]God it feels good buying from you guys instead of negotiating with some third world shit hole that has a factory run by some german conglomerate. That will change if they ever file that chapter 50 thing. Right now it looks like Britain is going to end up staying in the EU so things are back to normal. The British government is dragging its feet and refusing to go through with it, parliament wants to veto it, and if they don't then it looks like Scotland has a way to veto it and keep the rest of the UK in with them. A lot of people are also regretting their vote to leave and public opinion is turning in favor of remaining even after the non-binding vote.

thats the reason why stock maket soars.

The pound was overvalued shortly before the vote (it rose from 1.40/45 to 1.50), because all the merchants bet on remain.
People voted leave, it dropped to 1.30-35, so did the stock exchange, but nothing changed on the fundamental level.
All the stocks now where undervalued as fuck, combined with the cheap pound the only option was to buy.
The pound will eventually go back to the 1.40 mark and people bought cheap stock and made millions.

In short the jews jewed the jews.

Spain and Greece need it halve in value, esp. going into the summer.

Deutsche Bank is also hosed and will implode at some point.

The UK has its problems but the difference between the EU and the UK is that we're capable of saying we're fucked and something needs to be done, the Eurozone is a mass-denial union because ultimately, the Euro is a terrible idea and nothing can fix it.

Yes, but they can't for long.

For those that are aware of things throughout the region, the media just looks ever more incompetent, crooked and shambolic. And it will change soon enough. Too many people are awake and already boycotting/rejecting certain rags and networks.
>>
"the truth is that now that the British people have voted to leave the EU, the globalists have to make it as painful as possible on them in order to send a warning to other nations that may consider leaving. I think that a recent article by W. Ben Hunt explained this very well…

What’s next? From a game theory perspective, the EU and ECB need to crush the UK. It’s like the Greek debt negotiations … it was never about Greece, it was always about sending a signal that dissent and departure will not be tolerated to the countries that matter to the survival of the Eurozone (France, Italy, maybe Spain). Now they (and by “they” I mean the status quo politicians throughout the EU, not just Germany) are going to send that same signal to the same countries by hurting the UK any way they can, creating a Narrative that it’s economic death to leave the EU, much less the Eurozone. It’s not spite. It’s purely rational. It’s the smart move.

The elite need a crisis now in order to show everyone that globalism is the answer and not the problem. If the British people were allowed to thrive once they walked away, that would only encourage more countries to go down the exact same path. This is something that the elite are determined to avoid."
>>
>>79421254
No, they've been sweeping it under the rug for years. The non-performing assets didn't suddenly appear. They've been kicking the can down the road forever through mergers etc.
Maybe someone will also notice France is basically in permanent recession with no way out? They should have been fined like Greece etc., but Juncker says they are "special" and just laughs about it.

Just how EUronomics works.

I'm pretty pessimistic about Britain's future in truth but give this kind of thing a thought when you see Juncker and friends strutting about like they've done anything other than consistently fail.
Hollande, acting tough, said the EU needed to focus more on growth.
Just consider what it means that an EU loyalist says that in 2016. Its like the chairman of BMW suggesting his new idea is that they might some cars and shit.
