I don't see how they can co exist. Religions do not usually have democratic leadership and function more like Stalinist governments. They will inevitably oppose nationalist movements as open borders and mass immigration make it easier to expand their number of followers. They also make destroying nations appealing as they view an afterlife more important than the present, followers will give up almost anything if they think it means they can get more people to heaven.

Nationalism (and protestantism, which went along with it) is the cancer that destroyed the international catholic defense league against judaism.
As long as we had a strong catholic presence in our countries the eternal jew could not get a foot in the door and was thwarted everywhere.
It all really went downhill as soon as european rulers turned their back on catholicism in the 16th, 17th century. The beginning of the end. Protestant and calvinist merchants teaming up with jews against catholicism = the mess we are in today.

Because it sure as hell didn't stop WW1, WW2, the Seven Years War, the Napoleonic Wars, the 30 Years War, the Hundred Years war, prevent the Arab conquest of Hispania, prevent the Turkish conquest of the Balkans, or prevent the crippling of the power of the Catholic Church in France following the revolution or the Orthodox Church in Russia following their revolution.
