Why did the headmaster of Harvard lose his job for pointing out that women have lower variance in IQ than men and thus there aren't as many successful female scientists? Are American universities really this SJW and anti-intellectual that they try to suppress truths because they are inconvenient?

In the interests of fairness, I would like to remind you all of the scholarships for coloureds going to Oxford. A benefactor many decasdes ago left a great quantity of money to ensure that the best and brightest from the colonies could study as equals. I don't understand how people are offended by such a statement. Sure there are less female scientist or top entrepreneurs but there are less stupid, retarded, female losers as well. Moreover, men tend to take more risks and be generally more aggressive both literally literally and otherwise, which can definitely be a double edged sword.
These people sing high praise for diversity, but when facing it - even without any implication of difference in persons' intrinsic value - they lose their shits. Instead of focusing on the equality of value, they are trying to suffocate diversity they claim to love by forcing some absolute ideal of equality of attributes.

US universities are riddled with SJWs propaganda, that's why they have bullshit subjects like "queer studies" or "fat studies". Of course they wouldn't tolerate a man implying women might be less intelligent than men, even if he's only talking about averages, it's basically blasphemy in their eyes. According to your graph, it appears that the average IQ for males and females are the same, and neither distributions are skewed. They're both normally distributed. If your graph is correct, then females having a lower variance in IQ has its cons for being like so outweighed by its pros, given that there are equally less extremes on both ends of the spectrum. Yes there are less extremely intelligent women, but there are also a lot less mentally ill ones too. From the graph alone, more females fall within whatever your range of "acceptable" IQ is than males -- less risk of getting an autist in exchange for less chance of getting a genius.
In short, both distributions are normal, and having high or low variance in IQ has their own advantages and disadvantages. One is not strictly better than others in all circumstances.
