It really depends how far it goes how fast
If food supplies get shut off immediately and power cut to all of america, I could probably outlast others, forming communities and trading, while also defending my family and providing.
If government comes in and tries to quell people or round people up for camps, I can see myself not surviving as long. Most people would still survive shorter times than me, but in a war zone, and not an apocalypse, things get complicated
If for some reason I was forced to go deep innawoods, with my current supplies I could last a while, enough time to get set up pretty well, but would have trouble with food, always hunting, but I dont know if I could rely on it and also store food properly in a wilderness setting.
If society starts going slowly that is when I will really shine, when marshal law is declared but life keeps going on, food is still there, the masses are sort of just sitting by idly, but the end is coming, that is when the fun begins, and its already started in this timeline.

I live in florida and have literal metal storm sliders that cover all the doors and windows in my house, as well as a 9 foot tall thick brick/cement wall around my house, I have a pond right next door with turtles, fish and other small animals, as well as lizards that are fucking everywhere and can be killed with a bb gun. if you want to be prepared GET OUT IN THE FUCKING WOODS YOU TURBOFAGGOT
learn trapping techniques and how to fish if there is water nearby and you'll be golden. My bugout plan is on a bicycle. I live in the city but I can be deep innawoods in a few hours if shtf. Even here in the city I practiced trapping every once in awhile with stick traps and catch squirrels and rats. I discard them because I'm not starving, but I know I can get food when I need it. Also learn how to purify river/lake water because you'll need that before you need food. Don't just buy a water filter from a camping store. A simply physical filter (i.e. a t-shirt) + iodine is good start, and keep a few empty clear plastic water bottles like pic related in your kit for UV decontamination in case the happening lasts long enough that you run out of iodine.

I completed the 3 week Pre-Ranger course and it was pretty much hell but I made it, and over all it was a good experience so I think I'll be more than fine.
