I was already gonna ask that one. Denying Jesus is the messiah is one of the pillars of Judaism, because if they believed he is, they'd be Christian by definition. And why do we always pray specifically for the Jews? Aren't we all persecuted? Aren't we all sinners trying to find God? Why not muslims, or hindus, or buddhists?

The second Vatican crucial says that only bishops have the fullness of orders and only they can ordain priests, but in the Middle Ages there were many examples of priests ordaining priests, namely Abbots. "Judaism" is a religion that is based off the teachings of the pharisees and other religious leaders that were around before, during, and after the events in the Bible. Religious "Jews" you know today do not simply follow the Old Testament, they made up their own shit along the way, and Jesus called them children of Satan because of that.
