That's actually a fantastic book. There's one essay about slavery that's guaranteed to make liberal's heads spin. I read the first couple paragraphs to this Bernout bitch at work and she went off on me saying "HE'S ONLY SAYING THAT CUZ OF HIS WHITE PRIVILEGE HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT BLACK PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THROUGH IN THIS COUNTRY REEEEEEEEEEEE". It was the most satisfying thing in the world to calmly tell her that Sowell's a black guy. Kek.
But seriously, Sowell's my go to guy for dismantling most liberal rhetoric, and he does it with an eloquence I rarely see anywhere else.
