My ideal thinking was to get more sovereignty for Scotland, meaning either to become independent from the UK or to become independent from the EU.
We've now left the EU and I see no reason to go independent to rejoin it, sounds redundant.
Apparently the EU has already told us to fuck off and that we're not coming back, so hopefully that solves that.

The SNP wants assurances from the EU, in the case of their independence going through, that the EU will quickly deal with them.
Unfortunately the SNP delusion is clouding over the vetoes of Spain, Italy, etc. who all have similar independence movements that they are wholly against, and they know that readily allowing Scotland to join the EU at initial application would lend credence to those movements.
We English are waiting to point this out en masse until AFTER the Scots fuck off.
