Adopt streamlined, simple, production. Go into full war mode economy early. Keep the UK, and by that the USA and the Empire, out of the war. Make excellent use of locals with grievances against the Soviets, instead of putting them in camps.
Production was the biggest thing, however. Equipment should have been simplified, standardised and put into service at a steady rate. There was simply no use for heavy tanks. The Germans used eight different tank destroyers throughout the war. They had something like 120 different models of aircraft. Instead of producing more of the already effective field guns, they produced larger, more complex ones at a lower rate.
Germany was stuffed regardless, but it shows you how stupid they were that they thought pursuing things like the Maus was a good use of their time as their armies froze.
The Germans couldn't do anything to win the war, the United Kingdom held a massive strategical advantage over them and even had the Americans and Soviets not gotten involved it would have ended in the slow painful death of Germany as the Brits bombed them into poverty and destitution.
