As far as I know it owes its current form to the Gracie Family (Brazilians), which also helped to make it popular here in Brazil. I have a few friends who actually practice it, and they quite enjoy it, not my kind of thing though.

Subhuman garbage.

I visited brazil once and saw your police execute these narcotics-addicted mutant orphan kids that live under bridges and in sewers because they have a habit of robbing and murdering people. They lined them up and shot them in the street.

Every brazilian I have ever met is a humongous asshole and has no common sense whatsoever. Brazilians are literally shit-flinging apes. At least there are some niggers that can sort of think, Brazilians are just animal scum.

It's a shame such a beautiful land is overrun with actual unironic subhumans.

Like almost anywhere, it depends on where you are. However, regardless of location, crime and murder is pretty much seen as an everyday event. Even if it doesn't happen in specifically in your city, we see it in the news daily.

Where I live (south, not much populated city) everyday life is calm and peaceful. Many people here are descendants of european immigrants (mostly German and Italian).

Speaking as a former career firefighter, at least in the USA where we have a building code, a fire dept. Is pretty useless outside of old, large cities.

1. Structure fires have decreased by almost 90% since the 70s; of those we do see, many are stopped by sprinklers.
2. With modern furnishings, carpet etc. All being oil based, most 'house' fires are not entered after about 5-10 minutes of burn time. Modern trusses make roofs a death trap around this time frame. Its a throwaway house.
3. A large portion of non-EMS calls are basically just resetting fire alarms and sweeping up antifreeze after a minor wreck.

85% of fire dept run volume is EMS calls. They started clinging to this hard in the 70s, especially their union, to keep themselves relevant. Most of us just got our EMT cards as a ticket to ride the fire truck and dont particularly care for it, to say nothing of being good at it.

Not to speak of the half-assed treatment out of many fire based Paramedics. In my old dept and most others they literally spend 3x the training hours on fire topics than EMS topics which are vastly more complex, and most of their job.

So, good job not paying your firefighters. You actually are better off.

Aside from some things like having Rio's favelas on São Paulo, pretty accurate.

>The Airport is Congonhas

The only inaccurate part is where Max goes armed to a favela and is not executed on sight.

2. Why are your female surfers noted for their big wave exploits, and your male surfers so happy with small slop?

>people complaining about zika, robbery and murder
>forgetting about Brazilian Assault Dogs

>RIO - In Tijuca's woods, the Jaguar was extinct over a century ago. No wolves ever lived there. Yet, it's fauna is threatened by a growing predatory population. Be it Paca or Armadillo, no animal can escape from the wood's prowling dog packs. The situation is so harsh that Tijuca's National Park began a study on the subject. Biologists warn: the domestic dog became the biggest predator of Brazilian wild life.

>"Last week, two dogs killed a tapir. The dog is an extremely capable predator, and by far the most common in Brazil. People are afraid of jaguars, but what should truly be aware of are dogs." Said the biologist Isadora Lessa.

>"The domestic dog is the main predator in Brazil. Not only they kill directly, but also through disease. In Santa Genebra's Reserve, in São Paulo, the dogs extinguished the deer. The situation is out of control." Said professor Mauro Galetti.
