Sort of, but not because of genetics garbage. Anyone who had genetics in high school knows that genetics matter little for behaviors, what matters the most is how the individual is raised, the environment, etc.
It just so happens though that humans love to join groups of people that have something in common with them, and that something usually happens to be colors (such as colored flags). The same thing happens with skin color, meaning that blacks will likely interact much more with blacks than with blacks, thus defining their environment.
The final element in this equation is that black culture is much more prone to crime than the white one. See statistics for proof.
Doesn't mean I think any less of a black person just because of their skin color, for all I know they could have been raised like civilized human beings, just like white could have been raised like animals. But it's still a factor that I take in account when walking on the street at night time for my survival. Honestly, if I had a statistic that says people with brown hair are more likely to be criminals, you can bet I would use that knowledge too when my life is in danger, so what would you call me? I don't even really like white people. I like white culture and white civilization, but in my day-to-day life white people have no special significance to me. Many of them are boring, unintelligent, rude, and decidedly uncool. Most minorities by contrast are pretty normal, cool, polite, and almost never give me any kind of pause (except hood niggers, which I only very rarely see anyway, let alone interact with).

I don't think society should cater to one race or another, even if said society enacts legislation that would "help" another race, even if they were a minority. It give them an unfair advantage because they are being literally GIVEN opportunities that others are not also subject to, so thusly, cannot be supported by an equal society.

It is undeniable that non-white non-asians commit crime at much higher rates. Additionally, the nips are the only non-whites that have as a society developed a clean and civilized culture (an argument could be made for Zoroastrians). It seems painfully obvious that, overall, whites are generally better than non-whites at planning for the future and not committing crime.
On the other hand, I have met a fuckton of very stupid whites, and no other race hates itself like white liberals do. I've also met a lot of intelligent and clean non-whites (including blacks from Africa and Indians who actually know to put the poo in the loo).
So I'm of the opinion that while race does influence intelligence and other traits, and whites and east asians are on average mildly more intelligent than the rest, it is not terribly important.

I judge people by their personality, when I see someone black or muslim I don't assume him to be somehow inferior. I don't give a fuck for someone's race or whatever. But I refuse no to see patterns.
