I live in Commiefornia. In an especially liberal place as well. Talking with my non-white friend yesterday, and this is what he tells me. I laugh and tell him that ain't happening. Anyway OP. That is just one way to solve the problem, I believe another way is offer economic or tax incentives to help communities invest in themselves. We equalize through the free-market even though capitalism isn't my favorite thing. We have to empower families, churches, and local business to empower their area or develop in under-develop areas. However, we can force elections in Compton, so essentinally it is the community doing it to themselves. I guess the only real solution is race war.
