I'm constantly dissecting the agenda of everything I see and hear. I can't talk to a person without considering their probable IQ. I feel completely disconnected from my own generation consisting of self-destructive dipshits. My happiness baseless has definitely been lowered.
I don't think I can go back to normal, but allowing myself to become outraged every day is going to end.

Don't fret, though. I went through exactly what you are going through now last year. Wanted to quit the internet for good, stop coming here. Too much information, too much negativity. Just too fucking much.
But then I realized that, deep down inside, I like being here. I like being clued in. If you're anything like me you were on here for 8+ hours a day, without stop. Perhaps you even neglected your hygiene.
Learn balance in life, it will assist you well into adulthood, despite it initially being a pain in the ass to develop. But it's well worth it. There will always be things in life that piss you off, just learn how to manage your reaction to them, which will take time.

But you can't just go back to real life. It's not gonna work. maybe you can go a few weeks without /pol/. Hell, you might even go some months. But one day, you'll see a movie or a song or some politician, basically anything that will remind you about how the world works, and you're gonna fall back in here, venting about the joos and hillary
