This was right before the media started running stories about the "millions of people" who were having second thoughts.

In addition, between 40,000 to 50,000 "signatories" came from Vatican City, which has a population of about 800 and another roughly 30,000 signatories came from -- wait for it -- North Korea.

Somewhere in a 20 minute period, the number of "votes" from inside the UK jumped by 2 million.
That cannot be simply hooligans running scripts to fuck with the numbers. A jump like that could only have come from inside; from someone who has access to the data server.
Rather than attacking that hacker 4chan (whoever he is), I would rather know who it is in the UK government fiddling with their servers.
