What is his endgame? IMF? WTO? UN?

What did he get out of this, giving up the PM spot to upgrade to?

Money; I don't think he's a long game man

I think he wanted to feign a referendum to appease conservitards while gaining substantial concessions from EU in exchange for shilling against BREXIT. Unfortunately for him things got out of hand and now he's gonna look like a retard regardless whether UK ends up better or worse.

He stays in office for a couple months and refuses to start Brexit negotiations with Brussels.

That means either the brits are trying to buy time to dampen the effects a Brexit would have on Britain, or they are trying to buy time to reverse the Brexit.

They are already talking about how a re-election of the british parliament could override the Brexit referendum, so if the re-election indicates a clear Remain vote, they could - legally - just ignore the Brexit referendum.

He's a busy body. He's got high enough verbal IQ and low enough philosophical IQ to do the job well, make everybody happy and not make an ass of himself. At least not a total embarrassment.

He gets off on the way he gets out of vehicles, enters rooms, leads discussions. Life for him comes in a series of purposeful but often brief engagements, requiring an excellent memory and marathon-like endurance.

He is talented and can hold his own in public debates. He doesn't lose his cool or his tongue, and from what I can see makes Corbyn look like a child during the PMQs.

He's got a moderate amount of charisma, though to anybody outside Britain he would be immediately identified as too weasel-like to ever be trusted with power. Only in Britain could this busy little bee become a leader.

There is an attractive earnestness about the way he approaches his job, magnified by the lack of fatigue he expresses in doing it.

He's not climbing some ladder. This is not game of thrones. He wants legacy of course, but again, he's not quite so abstract of a personality. He probably actually enjoys having some beer and watching sports. He's the type of person who likes to go running for long periods of time. They are "in the moment" people. The world and their "life" is something to be lived in now.

david get off 4chan and find a new job.

He'll probably go the tony blair route of getting paid extortionate amounts for private public speaking events.

conservatives were expected to lose the last election

he just used the call for an EU referendum as election rhetoric to mobilize voters and got a surprise victory out of it

he expected to get some token reforms from the EU, claim victory, and have remain vote win

Well it was to win the referendum then end up EU President and help carry out some UK focused reform. Now he's fucked. Probably work for some big name financial etc body as PR.

He's lost his cool and made a proper dick of himself plenty of times. Like calling Corbyn a terrorist sympathiser.
In one of the EU debates he got absolutely mauled by the audience.
Nice post anyway :^)

Yeah the polls were wrong (made the tories look weaker than they were) so he used the EU issue to bump himself in the polls thinking the rest of the house would vote against.

Ended up getting a majority so it meant he actually had to deliver on his promise. top kek.

He's part of the Eton club, chances are he doesnt even need the money. They are all professional actors, members of the same exclusive club of oligarchs.
