Udo Voigt, a representative of Germany's far-right NPD in the European Parliament, attended a conference in St. Petersburg in March 2015, at the invitation of the Rodina ("Fatherland") Party of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin. In November 2014, two NPD officials attended a "Compact" conference with the motto "Peace with Russia." It was organized by a man named Jürgen Elsässer.
