this shit would be over in a week, maybe two, why so long? the weapons would overheat or jam. it would be a god damn turkey shoot, granted, the combined WW2 airforces would be a tough sell, especially the '44-'45 planes in the right environment, modern fighters do not have the same type of maneuverability, but range, guided misile systems, AA ground support would make short work of entire wings against a squad.
