1. The EU is trying hard to make us NOT white, and it's filled with globalist wankers
2. A largely centralized government encompassing such a large area doesn't work. You should always keep governments to as local as you can.
I'm not against an EU that doesn't impose laws or regulations. Actually, I'd like an EU that only exists to protect European identity. The current EU doesn't, and actively promotes destroying Europe. It is also steeped in bureocracy and dictatorship-like ideas, so there's really no point in reforming it either. It's leave or bust.

The EU tends to just ignore referendums by the people if doesn't like them, happened like 7 or 8 times now.
Euro was a stupid mess that never had a chance on working out in the first place, you can't have independent economic policy if you have a common currency. Thats why the maastricht treaty lasted 10 years before it already had to be broken, what a stable currency.

As a Finnish-American who went back to Finland on holiday it was hard to leave. Helsinki is drowning in 10/10s everywhere you go.
You can still work together and have trade, living, medical, and immigration standards without forking out billions of euros every year.
Wanting out of the EU means you want to have a more localized government and be able to pass more laws for yourself without having to go through Brussels.

You wanted examples for regulations, of course those are not the only issues.
The problem is that there are tons of regulations like that on basically anything. Vacuum cleaners, bricks, pillows, and every company that sells them has to know all these EU regulations, which is much more expensive for small companies than for the big ones.
My main issue with the EU is the fucked state of the Eurozone, the anti-democratic parliament, the fact that everyone is now liable for southerners debts and all the laws that cut into personal freedom, surveillance, freedom of speech, weapon usage.
Also I don't think that a unified superstate will ever be possible. Southern and northern Europe is too different to have a unified economic policy.
