Wanting the UK to remain in the EU =/= wanting to leave UK
Northern Island and Gibraltar only voted Remain so that they can continue the free flow of business with southern Ireland and Spain, respectively, uinterrupted.
That has nothing to do with wanting to leave the UK. Things will most likely continue as they used to anyways.
Now Scotland, they would actually legitimately like to leave the UK, however the EU has already said they will not accept an independent Scotland for membership, so thats not likely to happen anyways.
