In this hypothetical scenario, the U.S. would bring back the draft (this time forcing women to be a part of it...this will set the feminazis reeling), pulling from a vastly reduced civilian number, many of whom wouldn't want to go to war to begin with. If a true civil war was fought again, you'd have:
