post yfw if scotland leaves the UK
>>78533239
I want them to leave, they're bringing us down.
>>78533239
wouldn't that be a good thing for both the UK and Scotland though?
>scots
>giving up their free meal ticket
As herr Junker says, you wont get a better deal.
>>78533531
Probably not. The UK is small enough as it is.
>W-we want to leave
>B-but MUH PENSIONS
No they wont.
>>78533531
I don't how it would be good for Scotland.
Unless the success of policies is determines by approval ratings.
Who gives a shit? They can just fuck off already.
>>78533239
>Voting 62% remain
If my fellow Scots are that thick, then Scotland truly will die if it leaves the UK

401 thread about this today.
Stop.
55% voted for to remain in the UK, and will again.

>muh neverendum
is just scare tactics so sturgeon can get more from westminister and rile up her voter base of mongs.
not really sure what else we want from westminister since we get a pretty good deal from them.
free slags?
either way the EU would never give us a better deal than what we get as part of the UK
Scot here.
The whole Scottish referendum v2 thing is BS
1. The major debate in the first ref was economics, particularly oil. The oil price has plummeted putting Scotland in a bad position to try and gain independence. The polls have showed that support for independence is falling(http://whatscotlandthinks.org/questions/how-would-you-vote-in-the-in-the-scottish-independence-referendum-if-held-now-a)
2. The referendum was in 2014, the SNP campaigned heavily on the idea that if we stay we might leave the EU because of English votes. So people knew it was a possibility. The UK government will use this and the statement by First minister Salmond that this referendum 'won't be able to happen again for a generation' as an excuse to deny a 2nd referendum.
3. The EU is in a death spiral. Scots won't want to join a club everyone wants to leave and no one else wants to join.
