Basically Canada may life all visa restrictions fro Mexicans starting on December 01,2016
So Mexicans don't have to worry about a southern wall. they can just fly to Canada and walk over.
Anyone that lives anywhere near the Canadian Border knows that there is ZERO border.. Here in Washington State there is little more than a 2 inch curb between the US and Canada and many people have their backyard in both countries.
