So those brainwashed by multiculturalism in college voted to remain?

How's this a surprise?

It's not at all accurate to conflate a lack of a formal degree with "ignorance".

The modern UK education system is more about (((installing proper values))) than it is hard facts. In fact, powerful student activist groups are very open about this.

The point of the image stands still. Pro remain are more qualified than pro leavers. This means that the last ones will be the less affected by this transition. And by logic, we get to see the class discrepancy britain. In my opinion, the economic crisis is what led to this brexit.
>>

Most of my friends without college degrees are successful making the big bucks, while those with them still don't have jobs or are working at minimum wage.

College doesn't prove shit anymore.
>>
I don't know why the retards in this thread don't understand but I will lay it out.

The majority of young people voted remain yea?
Furthermore young people are more likely to have an education (because you are required too + you don't have to work or pay for it).

Therefore, remain voters have higher education. Makes sense right? That would explain most of the correlation.

I don't know why people have such a hard time making this connection.

Attending college/university doesn't make you intelligent. You've failed to prove that it is actually a relevant variable.

Perhaps it's a proxy for intelligence? More people go to college/universitiy today than in the past.

Some 95 IQ Paki has a degree today, whereas in the past a 105 IQ White probably didn't go to college/uni.

Thus "educated" is a proxy for youth, not intelligence.

Really sick of hearing this shit:

A - The amount of people undertaking higher education expanded massively under New Labour with a load of meme degrees and universities so the UK government could funnel idiots who failed all their a levels through a university course and claim them as a graduate

B - The number of people even taking a levels is orders of magnitude higher than it was a few decades ago. Previously they were only for the very academically enclined, that is reflected in the necessity of grade inflation and dumbing down of course content we see at a level and university level. These days a lot of jobs that would have just required vocational qualifications now require degrees (ie. Nursing)

C - Do you really think a degree is representative of fucking anything except the ability to jump through hoops for 4 years, least of all intelligence? Oxbridge aside. Have you ever been to a British university? Some of the stupidest people I've ever met in my life, and I attend a top uni. Admittedly most of the students there are bright but elite universities are a fraction of the student population.

The financial side is shit in the EU as a whole. Europe united could be great if we had actual free trade and not artificially inflated price and tariffs.

As UK being the 5th largest economy in the world, it should be able to do better than the EU. Of course, this all depends on leadership.

The moral of the story being, economically, the inefficiency is just too large in the EU. So much money is being wasted and that's just sad. It's sad that our leaders are not there for us, but merely protecting their jobs and their sponsors (businesses).

Europe needs to change as a whole.

>Hurt the preservation of culture

There's a philosopher that wrote rather well on the subject (Finkelkraut).
Since post WWII all Europe has ever done is equate nationalism with the risk of war and fascism, therefore undermining national sentiment but without creating a strong feeling of appartenance to anything EU related. It wanted the identity to be as Habermassian as possible, as empty as could be so as many people could claim to be part of it as possible, thinking it was the best for all. Basically create the "hotel room" of culture as opposed to a proper, decent place you call home. Of course culture is up to a point exclusionary of others, but that exclusion has been demonized and slowly demonished. Countries with strong patriotic sentiments are ridiculed and our youths no longer learn why the place they are born in has any greatness, but rather all the bad things we did. If greatness of those compatriots that came before you can't be a thing you take pride in, why then propagate the idea you should atone for their sins?

Now people with cultures even less compatible are coming in and even more "exclusionary" things are being put under stress. Europe's history as a christian area is being denied. Even enlightenment values are being hollowed out. How equal are you still when everyone who belongs to a minority group must receive special treatment? How free are you when your free speech is being restrained because your words can hurt people?

God I hope they all self deport.

People with money who want stability and shorts term gains via globalization vs those who will take a risk and suffer for a better future for their children in the long term.

It takes generations for families to slowly move up in class. The goal is always for your children to have a better education, country, future then yourselves. People who have money eventually become complacent and corrupt and value security and stability.

Yeah, England's got the smartest crowds, like last week when we chimped the fuck out because we drew with another country at football.

What's considered "higher education"?

Is that a degree and if so, which part of the degree? Bachelors, Honorary?
>>
>IQ doesn't mean anything when comparing racial IQ differences
>but it does when voting

>higher education is indicative of critical thinking skills and logic (required for political debate) and not just simple information retention

>"higher education" doesn't encompass a wide variety of courses, a number of which are meaningless niche subjects that you get degrees in just for attending

Educated people can thrive in a wider variety of situation compared to low skills people, if there was an influx of educated poles threatening their job security they would be against it to. Its easy to be humanistic when it doesn't cost you anything.

I'm wondering the same thing, voting and exit polls are anonymous so how the fuck would anyone be able to get this data? And get it so quickly? I smell bullshit.

Those in STEM fields have a massive bias when choosing what to vote for regardless of their beliefs and every other form of higher education is worthless.

Went there a year ago, Gyumri, pretty much everything outside Yerevan had this small-town feeling that I missed.
Aragats was nice, only managed the south peak though.
Come on, get your 120-proof pomegranate/mulberry vodkas and Zorah and Ararat cognac into the Western export market. should be fun.

>A January report from the U.K.'s Civitas Institute revealed just how much better tinier, non-EU countries have done outside the Union.

>It found that Switzerland, Singapore, Korea, and Chile all managed to secure trade agreements internationally worth more than twice what the EU has accomplished for its members through its single market and EU-negotiated trade deals.

>By ceding negotiation power to Brussels, the report argues, Britain gave up trillions in lost years of lower tariffs and higher exports it could have enjoyed.

>As the planet's 5th largest economy, a post-EU Britain would be well-placed to quickly embrace global free trade instead of limiting itself to the cronyist members' club that is the EU's single market.

I guess at a certain point you have to realise that dumb people outnumber the smart people and when everyone's given the right to vote, the smart people are the ones that are at most risk.

Britain has demonstrated today the difference between a democracy and a republic.

Not sure about the vodkas but cognac can make it in Western market. The price is relatively cheap and the quality is great. Have you been in the restaurant on top of aragats, near a lake. It's amazing.
>>
>>78480962
it's verry simpel. people with low education have everyting to lose with glabalisation and open boarders because of the masive competition with low skilled workers. people with higer education don't have this problem the even gain with globalisation. It is more a class devide than an intelactual devide.

Nah we just passed Kari Lich on the way to that peak. Wanted to go to the west peak after the south but time ran out.

I'm a bit surprised that even a flight away from Dubai they're not in the duty-free shops there (or even any Armenian or Georgian wine for that matter). Would love Dvin or Nairi to come over here.
Only drink occasionally, but currently two-thirds down on my bottle of Dvin.
>vodkas
Yeah, the Artsakh customs seal on my bottle of 3-year tuti oghi and others may pose a problem. Best find a way to replace that by an Armenian one.

You're ignoring the reality that academia is an institution made by humans for humans, and is just as capable as any other such institution of being taken over by ego and politics.

That's exactly what's happened to our social science departments. They actively resist taking a scientific approach to social science, involving analysis based off of observable facts and data, because, they argue, the truth won't conform to political correctness (they're absolutely right). Instead, they use a post-modern model, where they claim that the most important things are the feelings of groups that they've labeled as eternally oppressed. They've also corrupted the English language so as to make terms like "bigotry" and "censorship" muddy enough that they can push double standards, avoid questions about their behavior and conclusions, and still try to claim the moral and intellectual high ground. Social "science" very much so deserves quotation marks around the latter term in its current state.

And if you don't conform to their narrative, don't expect that doctorate.
