Having been on the far left myself long ago, it mostly attracts people who were either too sheltered by their family and never saw any action in their life and then stumble upon it in college or through friends or they have had a lot of problems with authority since an early age.

The first is that the loss of wealth/income growth for the bottom 99% occured at the same time that the western world started aggressively importing third worlders. The value of labor has held steady because the left is importing more and more supply to ensure the unit price stays low. Its compounded by the fact the brown worker can send thier money home and amplify its purchasing power due to the strong american dollar, and as such will set such a low value dor thier labor as to make americans unable to compete. Leftist governments love importing more brown people to water gardens and be modern slaves, but surprise surprise they arent doing the same with investment bankers. Hence the income growth disparity.
The second thing that your graph shows is how badly abandoning the gold standard fucks the little guy. Normal families keep most of thier wealth in cash, so when obama went round after round of quantitative easing (aka prinitng money) it degraded the wealth held by poor people, and made every circulating dollar worth less. Nobody got a pay rise the next day to compensate. But the wealthy who can keep thier wealth in stock or property watched the market recalculate the value of thier investment instantly after every round of QE, so it wasn't a problem for them.
You dumb fuck lefties rage against raeganomics like its the devil, but its entirely the fault of unrestrained immmigration and unrestrained government overspending and money printing that has got us here.
