I moved from Kiev to the small city(40k) in 10 minutes drive to Kiev.It feels so much better, nature is better, everything is much more calm, our mayor is corrupt guy from 90s but he still does his job much better than Klitchko, everything is clean and comfy and fixed in time.The only thing we lack is huge trading centers which, imo, is a good thing.They are cancer.
