I think the more probably solution to this is more straightforward. We need to, and this means eliminating feminism, start uplifting women to the traditional roles of being a woman, whereas our current unfortunate standpoint in pop culture is to view heteronormative roles for women as humiliating or degrading. Women I think don't have much of an identity anymore because they have been convinced that the traditional roles they play come at the expense of themselves, and so our society has re-calibrated itself so that they seek the esteem they perceive men having by assuming those roles, and therefore needing them as self justification.

Provide better parental leave schemes.
