man i live in idaho and i can confirm that this story is bullshit. twin falls is riddled with hispanic gangs and they have a crime rate that is second only to canyon county (nampa and caldwell).
i also happen to work for the court and have had numerous dealings with the court in twin falls county. the court personnel over there are very forthcoming about where the majority of the crime there comes from, minorities and gang violence, and i bet that the prosecutor's office is even more outspoken. this is all behind closed doors of course, but i imagine that they would be the type to have certain reservations about syrian refugees and if the gang rape did occur by syrian refugees, they would come out and say it.
