Pseudonymous. You get an ID (like if /pol/ had board-wide IDs) which you can reset every few hours or register as permanent.
The idea was to make a social network designed for actual communication since that seems to be what people are into these days (see instagram, snapchat) that's designed to prevent misuse and abuse.

I'm doing two other hobby projects and am thinking of centering it all on one name.
If you have twitters, the simplest way to keep involved is to follow magazineplum on it, from there I'll probably turn everything into one single name.
There was interest in a /pol/ media agency, I've set up a site and even gotten interested writers but it all died down.
I've changed things slightly and am doing it all on my own slowly so I'll probably merge that, the plum thing and the social platform project into different aspects of one activity.

I'm so fucking happy to have never had a Facebook account. Back in '07-'10 I found myself in awkward conversations with people who thought it was shady not to be on Facebook. Now as an actual adult most people have either left or severely curtailed their use of social media.

The design, even the old one, was set up in a such a way that there's no need for active development, and the premise seems alluring enough to gather a quality userbase.
That much we know, the old version had 150 registered users and ~10k visits in a few months of just building it on a free shared host and posting on /g/ about it.
