How do you hide your power level when you have a high-powered career? I'm currently a medical student, and unfortunately the medical profession is overrun by PC-obsessed leftists. How do I stay true to my ultra conservative philosophies while getting ahead a.k.a. fitting in with these degenerates? Is it as easy as lying about my beliefs when questioned? Seems dishonorable but the only conceivable away. I don't want to be singled out as "that guy." Also, what is the most redpilled medical specialty?

Find others like you. I work in clinical pharmacy in an extremely liberal city for an extremely liberal "non-profit" health system and every man I've met is redpilled as fuck. I'd say around 25% of the women too. Keep your power level hidden, but find like minded allies.

I mostly go with the flow, you really have to if you value your career. At times I can throw in a counter thought, usually in the form of a question so I just come across as unsure or stupid. It's a "Columbo" tactic.
