For the US it means better trade deals with the EU and the UK as both of them fight over our massive economic cock so we don't share with their ex.
For the UK it means genuine democracy, more money spent domestically, less immigration and better policy for its own people.
For the EU it means the end. The UK is the second largest contributor to the EU (after germoney) and them leaving will bankrupt the system even further. Several other countries are already looking at having a referendum themselves but the UK leaving will send them the signal to proceed.
