Non Muslim Assyrians wouldn't have much genetic influence from other regions considering historically Muslims Arab raiders would always convert the women they raped or the tribes they they cucked to Islam so them the durka gods won't punish them. Conversely if you're Muslim, it's highly probable that your ancestors were Christian because most of the Middle East was Christian at the time of Islamic uprising.

I'm a Christian Leb and I'm pretty knowledgeable about middle eastern history. The fact is, Arabs used marriage, rape, sexual slavery, economics as a way to spread their culture and religion throughout the Middle East and to increase their populations. Arab men didn't just rape the women of the tribes they cucked, they'd make them into concubines and sex slaves, kill their men or desex them(chop his balls off) and sell him to the slave markets. They would purposely impregnate the women they captured so then their offsprings would become arabised since in Arab culture, the father passes his culture on to his children and there's a lot of prestige in have non Arab sex slaves and many children. This method of ethnic cleansing is popular amongst Arabs as it increased the population of Arab Muslims at the expense of other infidel cultures. This is what happened in Sudan. So there's a good chance that those tribes and ethnic groups who managed to maintain their non Islamic faiths and cultures managed to also maintain their non Arab lineages since having Arab ancestry would mean that your ancestors got cucked and were made to become Muslim and it was extremely rare for Muslims to convert to other faiths during those Early years of Islamic colonialism since apostasy is an automatic death sentence. Mixing only went one way, Muslim men could only marry non Muslim women, and their children would be automatically muslim.
