Another idea I have is to fully focus on making the mod to be playable only with Germany, and design the entire mod to rebalance Germany and everything related to it. Stuff like adding 100-200 new ideas, railroading it slightly, making it close to impossible to win Barbarossa unless you understand perfectly Soviet division composition and counter it, etc etc
