I met a white girl, had two (white) babies with two different guys by the time she was 16. She came crying to me one day (neighbor) about how she was pregnant again and trying to borrow money for an abortion.
Apparently the state had told her if she had another kid with another guy (not one of the previous two dads) before she turned 18 that they would take all the kids and charge her as an unfit parent.
As far as I know she had two abortions before she made it to 18 and then started pumping out babies again. Unfortunately there was no government program to pay my rent, utilities and food bills so I couldn't contribute to her abortion fund. Mostly though I was disgusted by the way she didn't care much at all about the prospect of getting her kids taken away.
The welfare, section 8, foodstamps was the shit she was worried about losing. At any rate, I'm given to understand that this is the common procedure for baby machines not willing to put any effort into training or education. If you want to stay on the programs you have to follow their rules - since they can't leave kids with someone with no possible income the have to take the kids when they cut her from the programs.

That was an option but she would have had weekly check ins for some time. Being a raging meth addict she didn't want to agree to those. But you do get a massive discount at the clinic if you're on welfare or other assistance.
The clinic also offers free depo provera (once a year shots) and other forms of birth control if you have an abortion but she felt that sort of thing was 'unnatural'
