Why are Africans, Jews and Japs so good at fighting games?
Africans and Semites pretty much encompass the entire fighting game community. Pic related was the last hope for "America" in the 2015 Capcom Cup. The whitest figureheads in the FGC are all actually Jews, like Sajam, floe and ESAM. What is it about fighting games that attracts this crowd?
I had the hypothesis that maybe since Africans were poor and Japanese had arcade culture, they were just more likely to play games at arcades, which was how you got good at fighting games. This doesn't account for the enormous Jewish presence, though.
Do you think European-blooded folk could dominate in the FGC like they do in every other eSport they play? I wonder because the European scene is so bad and most of their successful players are shitskins.

There is no enormous Jewish presence.
But anyway, I am in my 30's, and I lived at the arcade as a kid. It was the only place I could get competition in SF Alpha. And it was all Asians with a couple of black guys.
I think white people over complicate things in fighting games. If you watch the way the Japanese play, they keep it extremely simple. If you watch Justin play, even Marvel, he keeps it really simple. And they also play good defense. That is the key that Americans tend to miss. They just want to go in.
Blacks grow up learning that competitive games can get them out. But their IQ isn't as high, so they gravitate more towards these games. Why are there no black quarter backs? Why are there no black pitchers?

Africans aren't that prominent in "professional gaming" circuits in comparison to europeans. You see next to no people of african ethnicity on twitch streams of "pro-gamers" and fighting games might just be the result of arcade games being more accessible for the average player.

When you live in a inner city black community and you don't want to become another statistic you have to do something else aside from roaming the streets.
Unless you live in certain parts of the south or have parents who work middle class jobs you don't normally have any activities to develop yourself and grow like "most" children do.
We do however have video games. And the type of games that draw out a sense of competition are normally sports,racing and you guessed it fighting games.
Maybe this isn't the case for everyone but I know atleast 15 people that religiously play fighters because it's all they have.

Japs and Koreans are good for obvious reasons.
Nigs and spics tended to be poor so it was way easier to go the arcade and play MAHVEL and Street Fighter (mainly MAHVEL) or get a Dreamcast to practice at home than it was to get an entire computer set up to play Quake at a time when computers were a lot more expensive.
