1) Cutting Aleppo to Raqqa would be a massive defeat for ISIS, SAA can even make new routes of supply cleaning Al-Bab, Deir Hafer and more, so, moving shit to Sukhanah is a inteligent move, two massive offensives while your main force is defending in North Aleppo (Manjib) and trying to make damage to SAA in East Hama (East of Salahmiya)

I don't think ISAF is going to leave for a long time. Our bases here are becoming more and more permanent. If they did, and China wanted to try to take it, let them. But the only chance for peace is either:
1. Kill every single Taliban and AQ member on the border (including those in Pakistan which would require an ISAF invasion since Pakistan=Taliban)
2. Dissolve Afghanistan into SOVEREIGN tribal areas, not the half-assed shit they do in Pakistan with their "Federally Administered Tribal Areas"

Maybe not 4 disrcernable groups per se, but the western half of the country should belong to the Afghan government, the northeast should belong to the Taliban, and the Southeast would belong to a bunch of different militia groups that more-or-less have gotten along in recent years. The Taliban just want their shitty Northwestern/Pakistani portion. Al-Queda is a different beast because they operate all over the country, and their getting smarter about operating in more residential places where we can't drop Hellfires on them.
