Evolution is probably the most tested theory in all of science. There is a mountain of evidence for it and none (zip, zero) against it. The big bang is not so secure, but the theory is still founded on our actual observations of the universe, mathematics and is as well yet to be disproven with evidence.
There are still holes in our knowledge, particularly when you get towards the extreme ends of existence, but this is not a flaw in science nor does it mean we should just abandon it in favour of making a load of shit up.
