Hitler didn't attack in the Winter. The invasion was dragged out into Winter. If anything, warn him about how vastly outnumbered his military will be and that they need more provisions to last against the Soviets. Drafting the captured Jews, even just to be used as frontline cannonfodder could have made a huge difference too, considering how thinly spread the Germans became.
