A few weeks ago I went to a performance art space filled with problem glasses wearing, hairy pit and legs having lesbians and flamboyant gay men while wearing my MAGA hat and sat where everyone could see me. I got a ton of triggered glances and two of the lesbians tried to stand in front of me to block me from everyone's view but I was sitting on a high chair and they couldn't block me at all. They notice my height and one mumbles to the other "Wow, he's pretty tall" (I'm 6'1") and the one who mumbled that started chatting me up talking about how hot it was in the room and other random bullshit. Later on another lesbian (this one was quite attractive and had shaved pits) came up to me and asked me if I was wearing the hat ironically. What followed was a conversation where I pretty much made her realize that she was prejudiced and bigoted due to the fact that she had already formed an extremely negative opinion and treated me a certain way simply because of a bit of clothing I was wearing that revealed my beliefs. In part of the conversation, she admitted if she saw me on the street she would make it a point to avoid me. This lesbian used the phrase "hetero CIS white male" unironically btw. Later on in the night, they were having a group discussion and part of that included safe spaces and what it means to be in a "safe space"
Overall a pretty fun night, would have been nice if the obviously "bi-curious" lesbian had shaved pits and legs because then I would have probably fucked her. She is a fixer-upper but the state she was in, a solid 6/10.
