The referendum vote itself doesn't really change a great deal to be honest. It isn't legally binding on Parliament although they will likely have to at least repeal our membership unless they want to commit political suicide if leave campaign wins. But even then the way a lot of EU Laws and regulations work is that they tell member countries to implement the law in their own country it isn't some EU law book type situation always. So even after repealing out membership a lot of the stuff that Brexit people hate like human rights and EU regulation and red tape with still be on part of the British statutes and would all have to get a majority vote in the House of Commons in order to be repealed. Not to mention if the UK wanted to continue trading with the EU we would need to continue to manufacture goods and services to meet their regulations anyway so many companies would voluntarily stick to those regulations as a business decision even if the regulations were removed. It really isn't the be all and end all it is made out to be.
