If we're going to determine that certain groups of people are worth less because of their cost to the health care system, then I can think of a few other groups that are even worse. How old are you? How fat are you?
Unless you're like 300+ pounds, or getting older like 30+, loose skin shouldn't be an issue. I went from 280+ to 225 and stalled there for a year or so being lazy, and now I'm losing again. I don't have any loose skin at all.
The worst part is losing weight has been super easy, just learning to cook for myself instead of eating pre packaged shit constantly (I still might use prepackaged stuff, but rarely will I eat like a completely premade meal), and counting calories.
Realizing how easy it is to lose weight made me realize how much I hate fat people. How it's black/mexican tier to be fat. How I thought I was just 'overweight' because I thought obese meant being a hamplanet.
Just eat a bit healthier and try walking for like an hour a day 4 or 5 times a week. Walking isn't cardio because it doesn't really raise your heart rate, but it still burns a decent amount of calories for how easy it is.
