I'm sitting at my desk right now while a bunch of people are working in the warehouse. Some of them are white, some are mexican, some are men some are women, but none of them seem to have that "drive" or knowledge or experience to really move ahead.
They can't negotiate raises, contracts, etc. They come in and do mindless work that only happens because we don't have robots for it yet, and they are happy with their $9 an hour or whatever, and that is where they will stay.
