These kinds of documents are always made publicly available.
Here's why:
Let's say a PAC creates one of these oppo research documents. It would be against the law for the PAC to give that document to the candidate's campaign, because they're not supposed to communicate or share any resources at all. So instead, the PAC just releases the document to the public in some obscure location on the internet. Then someone from the candidate's campaign finds it and downloads it. That's how they get around the law. They don't publicize its existence, but they don't really care who sees it either.
There are certain websites that all the political pros know are likely to contain these documents. Here's some examples, from the DCCC (democratic congressional campaign committee) web site:

The issue is the bump limit. They push it past 300 and it will die for sure... however, as they keep posting, sliding it, and bumping it at the same time, it gathers a good amount of posts (this shill has ~70 now).
So once the mods ban and delete his posts, it goes back from ~250 posts to ~190, effectively extending the life of the thread.
Therefore, the best course of action is both:
