Does anyone else feel scared?

And I don't mean the hums of a happening, I mean... does anyone get this eerie sensation like we're right near the climax of a terrible, historic moment? Like with all these latest events, there's something we're missing out on, and that somewhere, something is speeding towards oblivion with unsung characters that will be forgotten like sand trying desperately to save it before it's too late, and yet others push it ever closer to the great death of history?

I know we shit post a lot about happenings and race wars but there's something indescribably off about it this. Not just a helter skelter plot, but something much more than that. Do you feel it?

Do you feel the clock ticking?

>What influence will the collapse of Europe have on North America?

>I feel that it is very likely some time in the near future we will see the Balkanization of Europe, the results of which I do not know, which will likely be a Yugoslavia deux, with divisions being drawn on the base of religion. You will see the people of Europe revert to form, which is always suprising to the general public but is human nature and natural Defense mechanisms overriding the complacency that is all too prevalent in our societies. Once the rubicon has been crossed the anti war anti nationalistic anti fascist anti intellectual side of the spectrum will have their time in the sun ripped out from under them and will once again return to their place in the corner where they belong.

>Human beings are creatures of habit and when forced to deal with a problem react in very predictable manners. Police and militaries are made up of people just like you and me and they will resist whatever nefarious plans (((they))) have in store.

>How this will play out in North America, who is to say. I assume we are the wild card in the situation. Maybe a North American Union and a war, maybe invasion, collapse of the United States economy and fiat currency and by default, Canada.

>But maybe one or two of these events will be the ripping of the band aid that is needed to return our society to the values which it was built upon. Something is coming, I can feel it.

Yup. In the past 5 years food prices man.. a single chicken breast is $8 here, a gallon milk is $6, a head of lettuce is $3, same for a loaf of bread.

My apartment has gone up 30% since I moved in 8 years ago. Nobody I know has the ability to buy a home, and we're approaching 30 as a group. Most still live at home.

We're not trash tier people with gender studies or theater degrees. We work, have lives, partners. Things are just.. that bad.

This is a materialistic explanation for a larger, more cosmic and more metaphysical phenomena. All archaic Traditionalist societies conceptualised history as a series of cycles. The Greeks believed there were 4 stages within the cycle (Golden, Silver, Bronze, Iron). The Germanic Norse pagans, the Iranians and other Indo-European peoples also divided history into 4 stages. For the Hindus every stage was called a Yuga, and every Yuga was dominated by a specific force, or energy or God. The 4th and final Yuga, the one in which we are living is called the Kali Yuga.

Kali, the god of chaos, disorder, degeneracy and materialism dominates this Yuga. This Yuga is the ultimate negation of the Golden Age Yuga (Satya Yuga), the stage of complete atheism, secularism, irreligion, materialism, worship of gold, worship of the flesh. It is only once this age is over, once all higher forms are destroyed and once everything is torn to atoms that a new Golden Age can begin.

The new Golden Age can only be restarted by men who still have the light of virtue and Tradition in their hearts. These men pass on the torch to the next age and maintain the human race from the darkness. They lie dormant during the final days of the Dark Age, preserving the flame and defending it from the forces of chaos.

These are primordial truths known to all ancient societies which have since been lost by the rise of Rationalism, Empiricism, Scientism and Enlightenment values which value the immediate, sensible and contingent over the spiritual and religious.

Fucking foreign speculative buying. Vast parts of my city (Vancouver, which has a housing shortage btw) are largely uninhabited (estimates at 60-75%, but no official data is kept) and owned by rich foreign investors (aka CHINA, but again no data is collected). Actually thinking about it more now.. the worst thing for Vancouver is the white flight. Richmond used to be white yknow? In our lifetime it went from mostly white to basically no whites. First the Chinese moved in, then whites started leaving.. that made the "good area" available to shitskin-tier Asians.. pinoys etc. Now Chinese are leaving Richmond for Kelowna, Victoria, Further east etc and the shitskins proper are moving into Richmond.

You have to look at what the elite are up to. There is a reason those people are buying up large secure property in remote, but stable places like New Zealand.

They have every intention of remaining the elite for the next 30 years, and having their children and grand child follow them as elites in the 100 years to follow.

OP look into Bohemian Grove, selection of Presidents from the Council on Foreign Relations, Cremation of Care, Hillary Clinton's WikiLeak's email containing the word "Moloch", and look into the newest "longest tunnel in the world" that unveiled on the first of June.

The world is being lead by a satanic cult known as the Bilderberg Group. Take a look at who sits at this group and you'll understand that they are the ones who are committing these monstrous atrocities and inventing things like ISIS.

We are screwed and in my opinion in the midst of a REAL Holy War involving Christ against the Devil.

What a time to be alive. We are going to witness Armageddon.

There are certainly some spooky things going on- not the least of which is the blatant agenda to replace white Christians with Muslim Africans- but the one aspect which assures me that chaos will soon ensue is the failing global economy. And somehow, once the smoke clears and the survivors are rounded up, I'm sure that the powers that be will insist the solution is a one-world government, as Kissinger and Bush Sr. have said, in which the leaders have complete and utter control over those unfortunate enough to be alive. Hopefully that will not be in my lifetime.

Those sorts of "vast conspiracies" don't really exist anon. That sort of thing is too big to control without it spreading to the common man.

In all reality.. its the small groups, the small conspiracies that cover up small evils that just add up.

One political figure does coke at a party in 1980. His aid covers it up. The aid goes on to have a political career herself. The cop that helped her cover it up is chief of Washington DC now. They keep working together because of that "little evil conspiracy".

Then you get slightly more "little evils".

More and more people know one or two little evils. From there people need to be protected, because the damage of all this tumbling down is too vast.

Its not any one big problem. Its the many tiny abuses of power and tiny conspiracies.

That how you have the Franklin scandal happen. Thats how all of this happens.

What's more terrifying? The idea that a Satanic /Luciferian New World Order global elite is secret controlling the gradual destruction of our civilization from behind the scenes for their own evil occult purposes, or that nobody's controlling this and that our civilization is a nightmare train without a driver and without breaks, filled with explosives and hurtling through the moonless night without its lights on?

You know Bill Clinton is a Bilderberg... yet he is untouchable somehow even though he had sex with many underage children in Jeffry Epstein's "Lolita Express" and flying many times to Epstein's island, which was widely known to have many underage girls running around naked, without his Secret Service detail?

Epstein's 727 was outfitted with special rooms for the girls to have sex with many high level dignitaries and leaders. These people are untouchable and many, many dollars are spent to ensure that they remain unknown. The Bilderbergs operate from behind the curtain. They get puppets like Obama or Bush to take all the flack and heat from the common proletarian.

Everything since WW2 has been a eloquent facade. They are playing Professional Chess and we are just barely at Kindergarten Checkers.

Well America is very divided at the moment, this whole gun debate could explode
the establishment pretty much hates trump so something bad could happen there. I dont think any1 could stand a Hillary presidency...

Also any day now venezuela will implode screen cap this when it does they will want the USA to take in untold numbers of very socialist refugees.

other potential big happenings could be martial law before the elections, people where talking about something like that who knows.

It only gets worse the deeper you go, britanon.

My whole point is, there are so many layers and facets to this that the "big picture" is lost at this point. We couldn't know their endgame if they published it on the front page of the NYT. How do you think Epstein got to that point? How do you think the Secret Service detail just ignored all that?

One tiny bit of evil at a time.

The feeling is there, it creeps up slowly and then goes down. Each time it comes, it is the same, first there is only fear & loathing, they stir & mix into frustration, when they start boiling & bubbling forth anger, which soon vents out as hate that slowly becomes searing rage, only for it die down and leave disappoitment . Deep inhale, calm down, tired exhale, the feeling haunts in the back of my head. One day it will become reality, if not today, tomorrow, one of the infinite tomorrows to come, they keep coming and the feeling keeps creeping closer.

This feeling is strongest when reading the morning news, when sizing up the sickly narratives that are being crafted around the world, seeing the just how far from reality can the infromation feeds of the world steep today, what is the new maxim of human stupidity & degeneracy, how many chances for accepting reality are denied and how many times does my country & culture stab itself while everyone claims we don't bleed so we must the okay.
Do we really want to see what happens when the bubble pops? Of course we do! For fucks sake it is what I am waiting, I admit it! I admit that I wish that this phase ends in blood & horrors, but only because I think that those responsible are already beyond the scope of any criminal justice including prolonged death by both bodily & mental torture.
Then I return to reality. We still have time, we can still turn this. Great upcoming events that might end up in fighting the cancer killing the future of mankind. They might be able to turn this, they might rouse a fire that is not one where we get to see hellish civil wars, globally occurring brutal societal collapses, industrialized mass genocides & mindless ideological slaughter crusades.
We still got a chance everyone, society is not over, we still have brains, we can still fight.
Then cometh tomorrow.

Most empires have these similar memes.

This pattern keeps repeating and the current world order wants to be the first to "crack the code"

I think it's working too.
People are scared and have begun to work their ass off, but outside nothing really is happening, just the world looking more and more like cyberpunk/futurist. Cars look sweet nowadays, buildings are weirdly beautiful instead of just giant twin tower cubes. People constantly talk about politics, social problems and other issues. This was the plan all along.

(a) We do not learn from history because
our studies are brief and prejudiced.
(b) In a surprising manner, 250 years
emerges as the average length of national
greatness.
(c) This average has not varied for 3,000
years. Does it represent ten generations?
(d) The stages of the rise and fall of great
nations seem to be:
The Age of Pioneers (outburst)
The Age of Conquests
The Age of Commerce
The Age of Affluence
The Age of Intellect
The Age of Decadence.
(e) Decadence is marked by:
Defensiveness
Pessimism
Materialism
Frivolity
An influx of foreigners
The Welfare State
A weakening of religion.
(f) Decadence is due to:
Too long a period of wealth and power
Selfishness
Love of money
The loss of a sense of duty.
(g) The life histories of great states are
amazingly similar, and are due to internal
factors.
(h) Their falls are diverse, because they are
largely the result of external causes.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strauss–Howe_generational_theory

We are right on schedule

Unraveling Edit
According to Strauss and Howe, the Third Turning is an Unraveling. The mood of this era is in many ways the opposite of a High: Institutions are weak and distrusted, while individualism is strong and flourishing. Highs come after Crises, when society wants to coalesce and build. Unravelings come after Awakenings, when society wants to atomize and enjoy.[23] They declare that America’s most recent Unraveling was the Long Boom and Culture War, beginning in the 1980s and ending in the late 2000s.

Crisis Edit
According to the authors, the Fourth Turning is a Crisis. This is an era in which institutional life is destroyed and rebuilt in response to a perceived threat to the nation’s survival. Civic authority revives, cultural expression redirects towards community purpose, and people begin to locate themselves as members of a larger group.[24] America’s most recent completed Fourth Turning began with the stock market crash of 1929 and climaxed with the end of World War II. The G.I. Generation (a Hero archetype, born 1901 to 1924) came of age during this era. Their confidence, optimism, and collective outlook epitomized the mood of the era.[25] According to the authors, the Millennial Generation (Hero archetype, born 1982 to 2004), show many traits similar to those of the G.I. youth, including rising civic engagement, improving behavior, and collective confidence.[26

No. It'd be too easy. Most of us in this thread will grow old. This world is trash but it's gonna keep going. I feel like your paranoia is rooted in the belief that your life actually means something or has some inherit value when it doesn't. You're just a cog in a machine that existed before and will exist after you're gone.
>>
Can't remember who this is from, think it's Linkola

Our age has witnessed the gas chambers and many other atrocities. On a global scale, the main problem is not the inflation of human life, but its ever-increasing, mindless over-valuation. Emphasis on the inalienable right to life of foetuses, premature infants and the brain-dead has become a kind of collective mental illness. The same phenomenon can be observed in the absurd history of capital punishment: when there were five million people on Earth, it was a self-evident fact that the death sentence might be enforced upon the most twisted members of the human community. Now that there are five billion people, one society after another is shirking away from the execution of even the most diabolical criminals. Amnesty International bitterly complains about the few countries that still endorse capital punishment. Unrelentingly, new means of rescue are being developed, so that helicopters might be able to fish out every raving mad fisherman who has ventured into a storm with a boat made of bark, thus salvaging another unique and irreplaceable individual from the embrace of the waves. The mind boggles.
In themselves, legalising euthanasia, re-instating capital punishment and abolishing overzealous rescue services would not have any significant impact on the population growth. Yet, as a matter of principle, these actions would be extremely important. As long as distorted practices prevail, an insane respect towards human life will reign: thus, even the possibility of a solution to the population explosion will be lost, and all lifeboats will sink into the depths of the sea.

>No, I feel like we've just passed the apex of our civilization and are now in a slow and steady decline.
How many times has that happened though?

You forget. We have something other civilisations didn't have - the internet and anonymous boards.

These are the key to building a new dawn. The old ways are dead.

Socialism doesn't work.
Capitalism doesn't work.

What if we either combined the two or created of technologically innovated system of either.

I think Bit coin is an underrated creation. We haven't found a proper purpose for it yet.

But I can think of one - coping with hyperinflation.

If prices are all connected and adjust instantly - and our income is adjusted with a hyper-inflated interest rate, would this perhaps glitch the monetary system into something new.

Turning this Ponzi Scheme economy into a real productive means that doesn't impede on humanity's way of life.

First we had debt.
Then currency.
Then derivatives.

Where's the next means?

>What if it takes time to adapt to the new world?
The pains of adaptation are essential. If you must starve, then so be it. If you die, then you were part of the problem. You can survive but you have to quit trying to live in the past.

>What if growing isn't possible at the time of year of the end all happening?
You share food with others. You have tons of grains and if you have cans, you'll let assholes take the grain. If you have no cans, you can work with other canless folks to protect the silos and plow the soil. You need a community to survive since you already have too much food sitting in silos for assholes not to wish to steal it and take power by force. Remember: agrarianism can lead to aristocracy and tryanny quickly

>Having canned/dried goods is a good idea.
No, its the worst idea. Its almost better to starve to death than to suffer the punishment a horder would receive. You may feel good sitting at home eating while liberal faggots are stealing the grain and killing your neighbors but revenge will be taken against you by the people who could be your greatest allies.

Cereal grains are going to be the main food source. Pic related: its the only real form of food storage; lose it to petty tyrants while eating your spam and you will lose everything. Your cans give you limited proteins and fats at a high price; the grain bin gives you unlimited carbohydrates and the ability to produce more.

>I think we have different ideas how what will unfold.
For growth to occur, systems have to break down because systems get ridgid. Like how urban areas became parasitical due to the 17th Amendment giving them political dominance and deindustrialization taking their ability to create wealth, societies try to resist change by ANY MEANS. Many animals must shed their shells in order to grow and the pressure to grow overcomes any desire to stagnate. Once the corrupt old system is thrown off, the lessons learned, and the trajectory of societal growth is retained(eg Constitution + bill of rights without faggotry like Civil Law and urbanism creeping in), then a much greater system can develop that expands growth.

Our current regime isn't going to Mars. Hell, we're probably not even capable of going to the Moon again. This is because we're being held back by the old urban Yankee regime trying everything it can to prevent new growth and the creation of new towns and cities. Hell, we haven't even invaded fucking Canada yet and there's plenty to take since the UK stunted its growth intentionally so that it wouldn't be a rival.

As for the metals:
1) Zinc sacraficial anodes are attached to steel/iron and reduce/prevent oxidation. In other words, they keep your tools, fences, shanties, and even vehicals running longer.
2) Copper has a million uses. Hell, even making bronze can be useful for the creation of some tools and castings.
3) Iron is Iron and is essential. Its cheap but most has been mined and thus the supplies in our hands are the main sources.

Yeah, great if you want a salad but you'll die of malnutrition and lack of energy. You NEED carbohydrates and vitimins/minerals can't make up for that.

Here's the basic numbers(Rye would be the best but wikipedia doesn't have it) per ~ 3.5 OZ(100g):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oat#Nutrient_profile
> 2.3oz (66.3 g) carbs
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maize#Nutritional_value
>.65oz(18.7g) carbs
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomato#Nutrition
>.137oz(3.9g) carbs

The numbers show that you'll have to eat a FUCKLOAD of Dicots just to get the carbohydrates from a small amount of easy-to-grow Monocots.

Lets do some math. For 3000Calories/day, how much would you have to eat?
Oats: 27.2oz/day or 1.7lb/day
Corn: 7.69lbs/day
Tomatoes: 36.74lbs/day

So, which would you rather eat: 1.7lbs of oatmeal/bread or almost 37lbs of tomatoes? You NEED carbs.

This is why Monocots are the way to go. Buy up some Wheat(71 g carbs/100g), Rye, Barley, oats, etc that will grow in your area and leave the tomatos as a secondary crop. The grains are cheap, need little/no maintenance, and can grow almost anywhere. Hell, you can make beer and whisky and get drunk as fuck too.

I might have just saved your life.

Yep. The apple has 13.81g carbohydrates per 100g which is about 1/5th the carbs of wheat and they're simple carbohydrates(basically sugars) rather than complex(starches).

People eat staple foods for a reason. Tomatoes, herbs, and even pumkins like Musquee De Provence just don't have the calories.
