This thread's purpose is to bring awareness about the problem to Hiro and the mods. I'm not sure if they're aware about the Slidening or not.
I've posted a thread on /qa/ (http://boards.4chan.org/qa/thread/561454/) explaining the situation. If nothing will be done, we may have to abandon the board when important information is being discussed.
WHAT TO DO WHEN WE'RE BEING SLID:
1) Identify which threads would warrant a sliding.
2) Keep bumping the important threads to keep them from becoming pruned.
3) Find a different medium to discuss the content that's being slid if it's bad enough. Share the medium with all of /pol/.
4) For the love of Christ, don't be fucking retarded and get baited into replying to slide threads. I would like to think that /pol/ has some intelligence.

These are posters who constantly everyday on the clock post about a specific topic that goes contrary to most of pol. In the album linked you will see a very dedicated Canadian leafposter that for 3-4 months would argue how Obama did such a great job creating 14 million jobs. Any actual good arguments against Obama's capability as a president he would ignore, however, he would destroy posters who were not good at debating. The best way to defeat these guys is simply to ridicule them with memes, because you will never convince them they are wrong. They are very likely paid shills.
