No, because asians having higher iqs is a myth. China only tests it's equivalent of high school students, except for that only the highest scoring students are allowed into that level of education. It would be the equivalent of America only testing its honors students.

I don't think asians have higher IQs generally speaking, just go to china, they're barely any better than brazilian monkeys. It's just that there is a culture of hard work and sucess. They appear smarter because those we see worked their asses off to get there, not because of an inherent superiority.
In any case IQ is really easily noticable. Just ask the person what job he does, ask for interests and you have a pretty good idea of that.
