That Manbij map is kinda interesting. ISIS must be pretty confident; if they were worried about a Kurdish victory, surely the forces attacking in the east of the city in the direction of Safi would be attempting to break out west and link up with their forces at Jaqal Kabir??

I heard such a reports, they sound wierd 2bh, most of the times they stay in the city and fight until they die. While Isis media keep propaganding that they are fine and totaly not surrounded and doomed.
They were acting like that during Ramadi siege in Iraq.
If the breakthrough reports are true they probably have someone important in the city. Or they are not even trying to get away and just pushing the kurds back.

i think the short range is why theyre mostly using Grads to blast from a safe distance.
