Seizures are no fun. I had my first seizure when I was about 15 and had one every few months until I was about 22. I've been off medication now for nearly 10 years and haven't had one since. It's really nothing to joke about. It's a pretty fucking terrifying thing to lose control of the one thing, your body, that you truly have.

I had grand mal seizures. I knew it was happening for the first 10 seconds or so, then I blacked out. Most times I could feel it coming on before it happened because my skin would get very tingly and my thoughts would start to go all sporadic. My vision also had a thing where they would cut down to about 5 frames per second and everything would get all jumpy. I would just lose control of my body and my muscles would tense up, my head would turn to one side and stay there trying to turn father. I'd black out and wake up an hour or so later extremely groggy.
I had tons of tests and shit but they never found the cause. The doctors said that sometimes around puberty it just happens for no real reason.
